2012 Cobb Whalen Cup Matches

Players will be chosen using the Points list on the NNGA web site. Points List
Single Points Start: 2010-05-16 (2 Man Stableford
Single Points End: 2011-06-26 (Northern Nevada Amateur)
Double Points Start: 2011-07-24 (Washoe County Championship)
Double Points End: 2012-08-06 (Nevada State Net Amateur Championship)
New procedure for the Cobb Whalen starting 2011.
This will be a Net only event. We will choose 12 net players from the list. There will be no Scratch or Senior players on this team. Seniors now have the Oliver Cup matches. There are also no captains picks.
Practice round included starts on Saturday after 11 am. Pairings party and dinner will be held at Thunder Canyon CC after the practice round.  Coat and tie required for the dinner. Sunday 4 Ball Matches in the morning, followed by lunch and foursome matches. Monday is individual matches Lunch and go home, hopefully with the cup. More info will be sent to participants when available.

There is no fee to the contestants for this event. Shirts, golf, lunches included for making the team. The cutoff for this event is the Nevada State Net Amateur Championship in Las Vegas.

6 month rolling lowest index will be used for handicap.

NSGA has the right to reduce a player's handicap before, during and after competition.
