This form must be filled out by the student, signed and returned to the Selection Committee by April 1, of the current year.
A copy of the current high school transcripts must accompany this application.
A scholarship in the amount of $1,000.00 will be given to the eligible graduating male or female golfer(s).
The money will be sent directly to the college, university, or trade school of your choice.
Proof of matriculation will be required in order to release scholarship money.
Requirements:
- You must have participated in the Northern Nevada Junior Golf Association Program.
- You must have:
- An interest in, knowledge of, and skill in the game of golf,
- A minimum 2.5 GPA,
- Good citizenship, and
- A willingness to further your education.
- You must not be the recipient of a sport-related scholarship.
